In 2009, Erick dream of opening his own restaurant, he has been developing himself with great Chefs and Restaurant owners like Michael "Mico" Rodriguez, he influences Erick in so many ways, creating a winner and perseverant mind and make him always think outside of the box, to create his masterpiece now with COCINERO.
