Erick Barrera has been preparing great dishes in Dallas Fort Worth -He has worked i the industy with great restaurants like Park City Club, Patricio's, Cafe Pacific, Mi Cocina and Mesero, Erick's Vision is to create fantastic food dishes with a great familial service and ambiance, HE believes in family  (Our Employees)taking care of family (Our Guest)

In 2009, Erick dream of opening his own restaurant, he has been developing himself with great Chefs and Restaurant owners like Michael "Mico" Rodriguez, he influences Erick in so many ways, creating a winner and perseverant mind and make him always think outside of the box, to create his masterpiece now with COCINERO.
